Return & Replacement Policy

Replacements:

If you receive a damaged or defective pack, contact us within 2 days for a replacement. The defective pack should not be opened. Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required for verification. Damaged/Replacemts/Exchanged products will be delivered in 7-10 working days .

Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days
